Seller Scope ("we," "us," or "our") is a sales analytics application that connects to Amazon Selling Partner APIs to help Amazon sellers monitor their sales performance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
• Amazon selling data: Sales figures, order history, units sold, revenue, and product information retrieved through the Amazon SP-API on your behalf.
• Payment information: Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you use the app, such as features accessed and session duration, used to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display your Amazon sales data within your Seller Scope dashboard
• Calculate and present sales totals by day, month, and year
• Enable date-based order lookup and product history
• Manage your account and subscription
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and maintain the application

3. Amazon SP-API Data

Seller Scope accesses your Amazon selling data through Amazon's Selling Partner API. This data is used exclusively to power your personal dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your Amazon data for any purpose other than displaying it to you.

Your Amazon API credentials and refresh tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are never shared with third parties.

4. Subscription and Payments

Seller Scope subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment card information. For information on how Apple or Google handle payment data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or Amazon data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Seller Scope, our users, or the public
• With your explicit consent

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure encrypted storage of API credentials and tokens, and strict access controls limiting who can access your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and cached sales data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@sellerscopeapp.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

• Revoke Amazon API access at any time via Amazon Seller Central

Seller Scope is intended for Amazon sellers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
