1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Amazon Seller Central account to use Seller Scope. By using the application, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

Seller Scope is a sales intelligence dashboard that connects to your Amazon Seller account via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). The application provides:

• Real-time and historical sales data including units sold, revenue, and profit
• FBA fee calculations and product cost tracking
• Running totals by day, week, month, and year
• Date-based order and product lookup
• Goals, milestones, and performance summaries
• Smart alerts including Buy Box tracking, hijacker detection, and inventory alerts
• AI-powered sales assistant ("Ask Scope") and AI-generated summaries
• Support for multiple Amazon Seller accounts

3. AI Features

Seller Scope includes AI-powered features including "Ask Scope" (an AI chat assistant) and AI-generated weekly and monthly summaries. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• Your sales data (units, revenue, profit, product information) will be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and summaries.
• AI responses are generated based on your real sales data and are intended to be informative and helpful. They do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important business decisions with your own records.
• You may opt out of AI features at any time. All other app features remain available without using AI.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• Use of AI features is subject to Anthropic's usage policies in addition to these Terms.

4. Free Trial

Seller Scope offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

• The free trial begins on the date you create your account and authorize payment through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at $19.99/month.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user and per Apple ID or Google account.

5. Subscription and Billing

After the free trial, Seller Scope is offered as a monthly subscription at $19.99 per month or an annual subscription at $149.99 per year.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

To cancel on iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Seller Scope → Cancel Subscription.

To cancel on Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Seller Scope → Cancel Subscription.

7. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

8. Amazon API Authorization

By connecting your Amazon Seller account, you authorize us to access your selling data through Amazon's SP-API on your behalf. You may revoke this at any time through Amazon Seller Central. Seller Scope is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Seller Scope in violation of Amazon's SP-API terms, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, reverse engineer the application, or resell access without our written permission. You also agree not to attempt to manipulate or misuse the AI features, including attempting to extract confidential information or use AI outputs for unlawful purposes.

10. Data Accuracy

Seller Scope displays data retrieved from Amazon's SP-API and AI-generated content. We cannot guarantee all data is complete, accurate, or current. Do not rely solely on Seller Scope data or AI responses for critical business or financial decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Seller Scope application, including its design, code, branding, and AI features, is owned by Seller Scope and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Amazon sales data remains your property.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seller Scope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. To request account deletion, contact hello@sellerscopeapp.com.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Orange County, California.
