These Terms govern your use of Seller Scope, including your free trial and paid subscription. Please read them carefully before using the app. By using Seller Scope, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Amazon Seller Central account to use Seller Scope. By using the application, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to authorize API access to your Amazon selling account.
2. Description of Service
Seller Scope is a sales intelligence dashboard that connects to your Amazon Seller account via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). The application provides real-time and historical sales data, running totals by day, month, and year, date-based order and product lookup, and support for multiple Amazon Seller accounts.
3. Free Trial
Seller Scope offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you will have full access to all features of Seller Scope at no charge.
- The free trial begins on the date you create your account and authorize payment through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at $19.99/month.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
- Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user, per device, and per Apple ID or Google account.
4. Subscription and Billing
After the free trial, Seller Scope is offered as a monthly subscription at $19.99 per month.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform you use to download the app.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Billing is handled by Apple or Google. Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged.
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Seller Scope until then.
To cancel on iOS: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Seller Scope → Cancel Subscription.
To cancel on Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Seller Scope → Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation requests made through Seller Scope support email do not constitute cancellation of your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel directly through Apple or Google.
6. Refunds
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted to Google. Seller Scope does not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
7. Amazon API Authorization
By connecting your Amazon Seller account to Seller Scope, you authorize us to access your selling data through Amazon's SP-API on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account. Seller Scope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Seller Scope login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@sellerscopeapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Seller Scope in violation of Amazon's SP-API terms, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, reverse engineer the application, or resell access to the application without our written permission.
10. Data Accuracy
Seller Scope displays data retrieved directly from Amazon's SP-API. We cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or current. Do not rely solely on Seller Scope data for critical business or financial decisions without independent verification.
11. Intellectual Property
The Seller Scope application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Seller Scope. Your Amazon sales data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data retrieved from your Amazon account.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Seller Scope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account — contact us at hello@sellerscopeapp.com to request account deletion.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Orange County, California.
